Cemetery Trustees

The Cemetery Trustees met at the Town Hall at 9AM.
Trustees of the Trust: Blaze Konefal, member of the Trustees of the Trust, attended the meeting to clarify some trust issues. He informed the Cemetery Trustees that one of the trust funds had inadvertently not been created and will be corrected.
Capital Reserve Funds: The Cemetery Trustees also questioned activity in the Capital Reserves Fund. It appears $750 was placed in the Capital Reserves when it should have been placed in a cemetery trust for a particular lot. The other item seems to be a booking error and will be adjusted.
Files: The remainder of the time was used to review and update the files.
Next Meeting: The April meeting of the Trustees will be Friday, April 6, at the Historical Society.
